Classroom wall in need of repair

The government’s 1997 initiative to make primary school free for Ugandan children brought an increase in attendance of 70% in just one year. However the Ugandan government has not had the funds to build enough extra classrooms, repair old crumbling classrooms, or provide adequate latrines.
